Who Can Join

Membership Availability Map

OnPoint’s membership is open to anyone who works or lives in the following counties: Benton, Clackamas, Columbia, Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Lane, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Washington, and Yamhill counties in Oregon, and Clark and Skamania counties in Washington. Membership is also open to family members of a person who is eligible for OnPoint membership.

If you are looking to establish an OnPoint business membership, please fill out the Business Membership Request Form and review the list of required documents. Please visit your nearest branch, or contact Member Services at 503.228.7077 or 800.527.3932 to learn more about specific membership requirements for your type of business.

If you would prefer to submit your application via mail, please print out and complete our paper membership application. Mail your completed application to: Member Services, PO Box 3750, Portland, OR 97208. Include a $15 check, which will cover a one-time membership fee of $10 and establish your OnPoint savings account, with a minimum opening balance of $5.
