Why do I have an email address for Digital Banking and another one for eStatements?

For your convenience, you can choose the email address where you would like to receive notifications from Digital Banking. The statement notification email address is used specifically to notify you when your new statements are ready for viewing.

Need to make some changes?

To review or change your Digital Banking email address:

  • Log in to Digital Banking.
  • Select Settings, then Update Contact Info from the main menu.
  • Review and update your email address and other contact information.

Note: The alerts that you set up within Digital Banking are sent to this email address.

To update your eStatements email address:

  • Log in to Digital Banking.
  • Select eStatements from the main menu.
  • Click the eStatement Settings link and click Update next to the email address you wish to change.
  • Enter your new email address and click Send Validation Code.
  • Once you receive the validation code, enter it in the field provided.

Note: Email should not be used to share important or sensitive information.
