When using your debit card for purchases outside the U.S., a Visa Foreign Transaction (Currency Conversion) fee will apply. Please refer to the current fee schedule for ATM fees. Please note: ATM owners (including many local banks and merchants) may also charge a surcharge. The ATM or merchant fee is disclosed during the transaction request and it will be reflected in the total withdrawn on the printed receipt.
