What if I do not receive the text message verification code?
« Back to Member AssistanceYour secure access code should arrive via text message no later than a few minutes from the time the request is submitted. If the message takes longer than a few minutes, it may indicate a delay in the text message server at your carrier or an invalid mobile device number. The enrollment process provides the option to "resend" the text message and verification code, or to verify the correct device number was entered.
