Can I change my PIN for my ATM or debit card?

If you do not know your existing PIN, please call 800.992.3808.

If you know your existing PIN and want to change it, you may visit an OnPoint ATM to change it.

In addition, you can set your preferred language, change your fast cash withdrawal amount and choose your receipt preferences. Simply visitn an OnPoint ATM, enter your card and PIN and navigate to "Choose ATM Preferences."
