How do I change or cancel bill payments?

You can change or cancel a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

  1. Log into Digital Banking and navigate to Bill Payment from the Payments & Transfers tab.
  2. Locate the Pending Payments box in the Payment Center.
  3. Click the "Change" link to edit your payment on a secondary screen. Here, you can change the Pay From Account, Pay Date, or Pay Amount.
  4. Click the "Cancel" link if you do not wish to process the payment.

Note: If your payment is already in process, the cancel and change options will not be available.

Note: Email should not be used to share important or sensitive information.
