How do I change or cancel bill payments?
« Back to Member AssistanceYou can change or cancel a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.
- Log into Digital Banking and navigate to Bill Payment from the Payments & Transfers tab.
- Locate the Pending Payments box in the Payment Center.
- Click the "Change" link to edit your payment on a secondary screen. Here, you can change the Pay From Account, Pay Date, or Pay Amount.
- Click the "Cancel" link if you do not wish to process the payment.
Note: If your payment is already in process, the cancel and change options will not be available.
