Can I skip a loan payment?

From time to time, OnPoint offers the ability to skip loan payments with a Skip Pay promotion. During these promotions, members with loans eligible for Skip Pay will receive an email notification. If you are interested in skipping a loan payment, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Digital Banking
  2. Look for the Skip Payment Promotion tile in the right navigation barThis option will not appear if you have no eligible loans
  3. Select the loan(s) and month you’d like to skip your payment

You can also request a Skip Pay by visiting your local branch or calling us at 503.228.7077 or 800.527.3932 (M-F 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sat. 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.)

Note: Email should not be used to share important or sensitive information.
