Do I need to contact the companies or people that I pay if I choose to pay my bills with Bill Payment?

No, you do not need to contact the companies or people that you pay if you use this service. Payments are based on the information provided when adding your bill. If we have already established a relationship with a company or person you want to pay, the payment will be sent electronically. Otherwise, a check will be printed and mailed to the address provided. If you enter your account information, we send it with your payment so that the payee can credit your account properly.
