How long does it take to receive my foreign currency order?

Foreign currency orders that are placed by 4:30 p.m. are typically available for pickup at the OnPoint branch you requested within two business days, but may take up to four days due to higher than usual demand. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. will be processed the following business day, with pickup avalability two to four days after processing.

Traveling? Be prepared!

If you plan to use your OnPoint credit and debit cards while traveling, notify OnPoint before you go!

  • Log in to Digital Banking
  • Select Services from the main menu
  • Select Travel Notifications
  • Choose the cards you’ll be traveling with and provide your travel dates and destinations.
