I opened an account online but have not received my ATM or debit card yet Can I pick it up from a branch?

If you selected to have your ATM or debit card to be mailed to you, your card has already been issued and mailed to the address provided during the online opening process. Please allow 7-10 days from the day you opened the account online. If you still have not received your ATM or debit card after 10 days, please visit your nearest OnPoint branch and we will provide you with a new card.

Note: Email should not be used to share important or sensitive information.
