What do I do if I have fraud on my account?

This includes requests for passwords, secure access codes, verification codes, PIN or credit/debit card 3-digit codes. You can also freeze your OnPoint credit card within Digital Banking. Simply log in, and select your card within the Credit Card Management tile on the right side. On mobile, first select the "More" button on the right to access Credit Card Management.
