Tony Mendezona partners with businesses to develop strategies and recommend appropriate, tailored financial services. Tony has been with OnPoint Community Credit Union since 2011, serving members at the Clackamas, Lloyd Center, 205 Place, Oak Grove, and Rose City branches. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tony has advanced credit skills and the tools to help explain the business’ financial position and how that relates to granting credit.
Tony graduated from Corban University in Salem, Oregon, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, while on a four year basketball scholarship.
Tony lives in the Portland metropolitan area with his wife and two of his three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors and engaging in the numerous activities Oregon offers.
Julie serves the Kruse Meadows, Oregon City, Wilsonville and Murrayhill branches and embraces OnPoint’s desire to promote the financial well-being of our Business Members.
Julie Crist joined OnPoint in 2011, bringing 10 years of banking industry experience and a wealth of real-life business understanding to share with OnPoint members. In addition to earning a BA in Business from Linfield College, she has owned a small business and managed rental properties.
Julie and her husband have lived in Tigard for 16 years with their two sports-minded sons. She actively volunteers at her church and enjoys playing Scrabble, gardening and experimenting with new recipes.
Heidi Kiani provides world class service to OnPoint members by deepening business relationships and offering sound business lending solutions. She joined OnPoint Community Credit Union in 2012 and serves the lending needs of Hillsdale, Sellwood and Woodstock branches.
Prior to joining OnPoint, Heidi was in charge of sales strategy and execution as a Market Growth Leader for a large national bank. She holds an MBA from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from the University of Syracuse.
Heidi has been an active member and volunteer of several community organizations including Portland Community Media, the Beaverton and Hillsboro Chambers of Commerce, and Persia House. She is also a co-producer of a Persian language TV show that airs locally every Saturday night.
Dave has extensive experience in commercial lending and enjoys helping his members secure property to successfully manage and grow their business. He is experienced with commercial loans for office buildings, apartment complexes, self-storage, and industrial and mixed-use properties. As a former business owner/operator, he has personal experience with the particular lending needs often required by businesses.
Dave is married and has one son. He enjoys traveling the Northwest, racing dirt bikes, snowmobiling, skiing, bike riding, and growing hops and garlic.
David Goodsell is a Commercial Relationship Manager that serves the Happy Valley, Gresham, Cherry Park and SW Washington branches. David partners with local business owners to provide holistic financial solutions to their current and futuristic needs.
David joined OnPoint in October of 2017, bringing 15 years of banking industry experience to collaborate with members and prospects of OnPoint. David has been successful in consumer and commercial banking with extensive experience in investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, operating/working capital lines of credit and practice finance.
David is a long time member of the Gresham community where he lives with his wife and two children. David spends his free time being a father to his son and newborn daughter. His family enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and traveling to the coast. He also enjoys golfing at local community events and fundraisers.
We welcome Brian back to the Pacific Northwest after recently working for the largest local bank in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he specialized in commercial real estate lending, mergers and acquisitions, syndicated credits and traditional commercial banking. With over 10 years in the banking industry, he has consistently emphasized building long-term, person-to-person relationships, combined with the professional capability to help members, each other and our communities.
Brian earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Portland State University and was an active member of the Financial Management Association through the School of Business. Prior to Portland State, he played NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer at Saint Mary’s College of California.
Brian is actively involved in the local community where he is a developing leader member for NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Association, Japan-America Society of Oregon, and mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, snowboarding and photography. Go Timbers!
For over 23 years Bryan has focused his career in the commercial lending sector of banking within the Puget Sound and Portland Metro areas. With his expertise in commercial real estate, commercial & industrial, SBA, and construction lending, Bryan firmly believes the needs of members are his primary focus. He enjoys developing long-term business relationships, while providing the tools and support for the businesses to grow to their full potential.
Bryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Washington State University and is currently working toward a Master’s Degree in Finance, also from WSU.
Bryan lives in the Tigard/Sherwood area and spends his time playing tennis and soccer, mountain biking, hiking, fly-fishing, and snow skiing. If Bryan is not enjoying one of his hobbies he can be found serving the local community through Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army, Housing Hope, Young Life and his church.
