OnPoint will never ask for sensitive information via phone, email, or text. This includes requests for passwords, secure access codes, verification codes, PIN or credit/debit card 3-digit codes. For more information on how to identify and report fraud, visit our security center.

You can also freeze your OnPoint credit card within Digital Banking. Simply log in, and select your card within the Credit Card Management tile on the right side. On mobile, first select the "More" button on the right to access Credit Card Management.

Your balance is the amount in your account that has cleared. It does not include pending transactions. Your available balance is your account balance minus any pending transactions such as debit card authorizations and holds you might have on your account.

Recent card transactions may show as pending. A pending transaction occurs whenever a transaction (purchase or payment) to your card is pending overnight processing. Sometimes it can take a few days for the merchant (i.e. retailer) to complete the transaction; in this case purchases will appear as pending until the transaction is completed. Sometimes merchants apply a pre-authorization (common at gas stations and hotels). This pre-authorization also appears as pending and should disappear once the final transaction is processed.

OnPoint ATM cards and Visa Debit Cards may be used at MoneyPass®, CO-OP, Cirrus®, Plus®, and Pulse® ATMs located all over the world. As an OnPoint member you can make free withdrawals and deposits at over 40,000 OnPoint, MoneyPass, and Co-Op ATMs.

Simply use your card at any OnPoint ATM or in a PIN-based transaction. You can also activate your debit card by calling 800.992.3808.

You can find your full account number within Digital Banking. Follow the steps below:

  • Log in to Digital Banking.
  • Select the desired account, such as your checking account.
  • Click the Details & Settings heading to view additional account information.
  • Within this section, you will see additional information about the account including the account number, routing number and YTD interest/dividends earned (if applicable).
  • The third item in the list, Full Account Number, is the account number you'll need for electronic transactions such as direct deposit.

    Please note: some account types (including OnPoint Loyalty Savings) will not display a "Full Account Number." This type of account does not include a direct deposit feature or the ability to make electronic transactions requiring an account number. You can also find the routing and account number at the bottom of your checks.
